Walk, jog or run the Thames Path Challenge and support NPH!
A unique challenge you can take on at your pace – join us on Saturday 13th September for a journey along one of the most scenic stretches of the River Thames. Starting in leafy Putney and finishing at historic Hampton Court, you can escape the city on this 28 km challenge and help vulnerable children in Latin America and Haiti have a brighter future.

With food, drink and rest stops along the route, as well as marshals, medics and massages, you’ll have all the support you need to enjoy the challenge. As you cross the finish line, you’ll receive a t-shirt and special medal to celebrate your achievement, plus a well-deserved picnic and glass of fizz!
